The location of this place is excellent and exceptionally nice.

It was impressed with the hotel and would stay there again. We like the Rosedale area for eating and shopping. It's next door to our favorite restaurant. It is very very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kinda sad there wasn't a bathtub, but shower was good.

Comfy location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Very amiable, excellent staff towards all guests. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control available in the queen room.

The room I stayed in was somewhat modernized, reasonably priced, and had 2 double beds. the staff was friendly and efficient in providing information. - the location in a metropolitan area was magnificent, with shopping centers and fairgrounds nearby. - the distance to the airport was just 12 miles.
